My name is Ben Phillips and my passion is helping others stay fit and healthy.

For me, it's not only a 'one session a week' system, for me, but it's also the lifestyle that matters.

I take the time to get to know my clients, and their likes and dislikes and I do my very best to ensure you feel good in your own body.

I will help you understand, that exercise and healthy eating can be incorporated into your busy lifestyle and that at the end of the day, you are the person that matters most!

​

Fitness is for everyone and can be found anywhere. From your daily commute and morning stretch to a weekly gym sess or weekend hike.

We will have a look at the fuel that you put in and the energy you put out.

Max 13 miles traveling distance for 1-2-1 session within where we visit.

I am a big believer that fitness can be affordable for all, and I will make sure that we find a program that is right for you.
